The DIC (Digital Investigations Conference) is the largest event in Switzerland dedicated to eDiscovery and Digital Investigations. It will take place from 11 until 14 June 2019 in Rüschlikon.

For 2019 we have made a donation for each of our employees. Every donation will allow mentally handicapped athletes to participate at the Special Olympics competitions.

Singapore, 6th December 2018 – Swiss FTS continues expanding its services in Asia and opens its datacenter in Singapore.
A little more than a year after opening its first Asian office in Singapore, Swiss FTS opened its Singaporean datacenter on December 6th 2018. Swiss FTS is now able to host data for investigations locally on servers in Singapore.

Following the success of the Singapore office, which opened in September 2017, Swiss FTS is celebrating its eighth anniversary by opening a new office in Lausanne.

Unter anderem ging es um die Frage, ob das Erstellen eines Untersuchungsberichts sowie die heutzutage weitestgehend technisch unterstützte Selektion und Auswertung des eingesammelten Ausgangsmaterials (im vorliegenden Fall über 520‘000 E-Mails und diverse Telefonaufzeichnungen) berufsspezifische Tätigkeiten eines Anwalts darstellen und somit vom anwaltlichen Berufsgeheimnis erfasst sind.
